Open Chapters works at the intersection of social and technical systems, specializing in open source strategy. We offer expertise and services to build each other up: people, policy, process, programs, communities, organizations, and knowledge. Let’s go further, together.
Let's go further, together.
We can chart a course to your goals in partnership with you and your stakeholders. Whether you need a strategy around technology, community, communications, processes, or a multi-faceted approach, we are here to advise you in crafting it.
Let's map the problem space, pick the right metrics, and build thoughtful solutions. We bring expertise in understanding the complexity of open source systems and infrastructure, and can help you develop methodologies and research plans that yield meaningful insights.
We want to share our expertise and help you gather, curate, and share knowledge. From on-site and virtual training, to speaking engagements, to reusable material development, we offer a variety of educational modalities.
Let's order chaos, tame complexity, and lay a foundation for sustainable and impactful initiatives. We can help you navigate the waters of open source compliance, define policies that work for your organization, and develop the processes that span technology and community alike.
We can guide you on the path to being the leader your community or organization needs. Work with us to develop your leadership skills, learn about inclusive organizing, build effective relationships with volunteers, and improve your communication skills.
Let's talk and figure out how we, or one of our trusted affiliates, can help you get to where you need to go.
These values guide our work.
We're here to help.
